The Big 10 Urban Trek

Being treatment free is still very new for me, and I’m slowly trying to push myself to do more in the hope that my energy levels will increase.

On Saturday 18 May I am taking on The Big 10 Urban Trek to raise funds for Trekstock, one of the charities that is close to my heart. As people who regularly read my blog will know this charity has provided me with a lot of support over the past 2 and a half years.

The Big 10 Urban Trek is a 10 mile walk through London from Greenwich Grind to Frame Kings Cross and I’ve managed to rope in a couple of friends along the way and we shall don our walking boots once again!

The trek celebrates the 10th anniversary of Trekstock and aims to raise £34,000 to support the 34 young adults diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK.

Along with some friends, my awesome work mates have also decided to join the trek and have set up a their own team page here. One team, one dream!

If anyone else fancies joining me you would be more than welcome!
